Social responsibility

Here at SimpleTix, we believe in social responsibility and giving back to the community. And that is why we not only sponsor non-profit groups with our e-ticketing software, but also choose charities yearly to which a percentage of all sales are donated. In 2010, we have chosen Room to Read, which believes that world change starts with educated children. A world in which all children are able to pursue a quality education enables them to reach their full potential and contribute to their community and the world.

Environmental responsibility

Worldwide consumption of paper has risen by 400% in the past 40 years, with 35% of harvested trees being used for paper manufacture. Logging of old growth forests accounts for less than 10% of wood pulp. Further more bleaching of the wood pulp has the potential to cause significant environmental damage, primarily through the release of organic materials into waterways. SimpleTix promoted green business practices by venues. Many of our eTicket layouts allow you to have up to 5 eTickets per page. At SimpleTix we encourage customers to not print their eTickets, instead bring their smartphones to the venue and have the box office scan the tickets of their phones' screens.
