Join us for the 2nd annual Central Wisconsin Developer Tour in June of 2023!

This year's event will be hosted on June 27th and 28th. 

 

FEATURED COMMUNITY - WOOD COUNTY

 

This event brings economic partners, developers, municipalities, and non-profit organizations together to attract real estate developers, site selection consultants, and other decision-makers from throughout Wisconsin and surrounding states for an in-person tour of the region. The tour will begin with an evening welcome and networking event, continue the following day with tours of selected sites, and culminate in a debriefing event the same evening or the following morning.

Participants will drive themselves to each location. The van provided by Centergy has limited seating and will only transport developers and community hosts

TUESDAY

All participants can meet at the Welcome Luncheon at The Clubhaus is located at 1213 S Central Ave, Marshfield, Wisconsin.

 

The Welcome Lunch begins at 11:00 AM. The lunch will feature a mashed potato bar. Beverages are on your own. 

 

Once lunch concludes, the group will head to the first business tour. Please note that due to the group size, we may split into multiple groups. 

 

After the business and development tours end at 4:00 PM, the group will reconvene at 4:45 PM for the downtown walking tour. 

 

Dinner will be at Hop & Grape: Featuring live music, appetizers, Flatbreads, and wine tastings!

 

WEDNESDAY

The group will meet in the Lobby at 8:15 AM. We will not be returning to the Marshfield Area. ALL attendees will need to drive to the YMCA in Wisconsin Rapids. Centergy will shuttle the developers to the driving locations. 

 

After the walking tour, lunch will be hosted at the Aquatic Center. This lunch will include a taco buffet and open conversation. Once lunch concludes, the group will head to the first business tour. Please note that due to the group size, we may split into multiple groups. 

 

The driving tour will include driving past the available properties on our return to downtown Wisconsin Rapids. The end of the vent will include a wrap-up and feedback from developers.

 

DEVELOPERS ONLY - After the last session ends, the group will head to Stevens Point for the U.S. Senior Open. Individuals will drive themselves. Please use general parking. Parking is off-property with a shuttle service. The shuttle will be dropping you off at Gate 1 from the General Parking Lot. Tickets are accessed through the USGA Mobile App. We do not have extra tickets at this time.

(Guest Rooms are paid for by Centergy for developers ONLY. Guests will need a credit card at the time of check-in for incidentals.)

 

Attire

 

Please dress comfortably, business casual. Close-toe shoes are required for Business Tours. We will be walking more than driving.
