2023 - Eagle Edge (off-season weight training)

 

Get the edge on the Competition and train with SMCHS Football Strength and Conditioning Coach, Coach Holley, ATC, CSCS. Coach Holley has 10+ years of experience.  Eagle Edge was designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and the foundations of speed and agility to prepare any athlete for competition.   

 

Date: November 27-December 20, 2023 (Monday & Wednesday) - No Camp on December 11, 2023 will be replaced with December 14th (Thursday) this week only.

Time: 6:00 pm - 7:00pm

Location: Santa Margarita Catholic High School Weight Room 

Cost: $200 (4 weeks / 8 sessions)

Grade Level: 6th thru 8th

What to bring: Water, Towel, Workout Shoes
