Utah Men's Division 1 will enter their eighth season at the ACHA M1 level. This will also be their fourth season as a member of the Western Collegiate Hockey League (WCHL). Utah is seeking its second consecutive appearance in the American Collegiate Hockey Association M1 National Tournament.
Last season Utah finished ranked 14th in the final ACHA M1 rankings..
