Reserve a private campfire for a fun fall get-together with family and friends! Whether you’re looking for a cozy evening around a campfire, a unique kid-friendly party experience, or a memorable celebration, Vala’s Pumpkin Patch has the perfect spot for you. Choose from:
- Small campfire site, for intimate gatherings of 20 people or less
- Large campfire site, for up to 40 guests (Tip: Book side-by-side sites to throw a larger party!)
- Party Barns, for 20-50 guests, depending on the site (include electricity!)

Choose your preferred campfire site and search for it on your event date. (Note: NEW in 2024, Sunday through Thursday sites are discounted 50% off the regular rate!) Campfire reservation times are 11am to 4pm or 5pm to 10pm. Reserve both time slots to remain at a campfire site 11am to 10pm!
Vala’s Catering
Once you’ve booked your campfire, you can order Vala’s catering right from our website (NEW for 2024!). Browse all of our signature favorites and new items, and eat your way across Vala’s festival foods from the comfort of your private campfire!
A Few Campfire Rules:
- Outside alcoholic beverages, gas grills, and charcoal grills cannot be brought into the farm or taken to the campfire sites. Our staff will be checking for prohibited items.
- Guests and personal belongings must vacate the campfire site by the scheduled ending time. Vala’s is not responsible for belongings left unattended.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds for tickets, campfire site reservations, party barn reservations, pavilion rentals, wooden shelter and tent rentals. If a cancellation is necessary you can reschedule for another available date online and then call for a refund of your original campfire. All changes and cancellations must be done prior to your event date.

A word about rain: In the month of October in Nebraska, it can be rainy in the morning, sunny in the afternoon, and perfect campfire weather in the evening. That is why Vala’s Pumpkin Patch goes ahead with most campfires even when the day starts with rain showers. Sometimes rain does continue for the entire day and those are the days that we encourage you to reschedule.
