Our Speaker: Chris Baichoo

Chris Baichoo, Executive Director/CEO of WMEP Manufacturing Solutions, is a seasoned leader with a strong background in engineering and global market expansion. His experience spans the US, Canada, and Asia, where he has driven business growth and opened new markets for small- and medium-sized manufacturers. Chris's blend of technical expertise and people-centered change management equips him to guide manufacturers through today’s competitive landscape.

 

Starting his career by refurbishing cars and working as a sheet metal operator, Chris gained a deep respect for labor and is committed to creating positive work environments. His leadership achievements include scalable sales growth, product innovation, and significant cost reductions through Lean strategies. Chris holds a US patent, Lean certifications, and a Six Sigma Green Belt, alongside an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. Outside of work, he enjoys home refurbishment projects, traveling, and exploring new cultures.
