Capital University's Conservatory of Music invites band students entering grades 7-9 to join us at the 2025 Wind and Percussion Camp held at Capital University from June 2-6, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. -3:30 p.m. The camp fee of $325 includes instruction, lunch, and a camp T-shirt.
Registration Opens March 1st. Register by March 15, 2025, and receive an early bird discount rate. Use this code for a $25 savings: EarlyBird2025. To register more than one child from the same immediate family, use the code MultiFamily2025 for a $100 savings per child. (only one discount code can be applied to the registration fee).
Scholarships are not available.
Please note that registration is not complete until payment is received.
Wavier and Authorizations
By registering for this Capital University Conservatory of Music Winds and Percussion Camp. I hereby give my consent for my student to participate in this camp and with this permission I fully indemnify the sponsors of this program for any injuries or damages occasioned by my child or myself. I agree to allow the publication of photos/videos taken during this camp.
You will need the following information to complete the registration form:

- Instrument
- Student's Grade Next Year
- Current Director's name
- School name and Address
- Shirt size of student (adult size)
- Medical Information
- Parent/guardian
- Physician name
- Phone and date of your child's last tetanus shot
- Any medical conditions we should be aware of including current medications
