Tweed & Company Theatre is so delighted to partner with Stirling Kitchen Catering & Provisions to present another delicious opening night dinner! This time, join us for dinner before the Tweed opening of A Christmas Carol on Wednesday, December 4th!
Taking place across the street from the theatre at the Actinolite Recreation Hall, guests will be treated to delectable eats put together by Sam and the incredible team at Stirling Kitchen. A family-style dinner with an upscale flourish, the meal will be made up of locally-sourced, seasonal foods. We're proud to support farms and businesses in the surrounding area!
The menu: Roasted cauliflower salad with parmesan crisps, kale, and pickled beets, braised Enright short rib, multigrain and mushroom pilaf, roasted squash, followed by marbled chocolate crumb cake with custard and local sour cherry sauce.
Doors open at 5pm. Dinner starts around 5:30pm and will be completed by 6:30pm. Patrons with tickets to opening night can then cross the street to the Marble Arts Centre for the 7pm start of A Christmas Carol.
Tickets are $55+HST per person, and five of those dollars goes directly to the theatre.
This meal is all about bringing the community together and uplifting all the great businesses, produce, and arts that are homegrown in Hastings County! Want to attend this dinner even though you don't have tickets to the evening's performance? We'd love to have you join us regardless.
