Description

SUMMARY: Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your posture in this Pilates Mat Class led by Nicole Tarro. This class focuses on controlled movements, breathwork, and body alignment to build a strong, balanced body. Designed for all levels, the session includes a mix of core conditioning, stability exercises, and dynamic stretching to leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

No experience necessary—just bring a mat and a willingness to move!

Instructor: Nicole Tarro

About the Instructor:  Nicole is the founder of Golden Pilates and has been a certified Pilates teacher for over 20 years. She is a life-long mover, with a background in ballet and modern techniques.  She is a graduate from San Francisco State University with a degree in Dance Science and Choreography and has performed with various groups in the Bay Area.   When she's not teaching or dancing she enjoys spending time with her family and all the desert has to offer.
