This class for experienced improvisers focuses on individual (as well as scene partner) feedback through improv scenes and exercises specifically designed to take your performance to the next level. Students will receive honest, constructive critique in a positive environment that helps to build their skills and hone their mind set to an expanded view of the rules and structures of improv.
In this course you will learn how to:
• Ground characters to their reality and keep their emotions true to the scene
• Establish scenes from premise to the height of action
• Become a stronger improviser through the reactions of your scene partner
• Advance beyond the "out of the box" theory of improv
This course runs for four weeks and is focused on providing students personalized feedback. It is designed for students who want individual reviews and insights on their improv skills and are open to constructive encouragement for their personal improv growth and development.

ImprovCity has been performing professional improvisational comedy shows throughout Southern California (and across the country) for over ten years. Our shows are fast-paced, funny and interactive. We offer both PG-13 (family friendly) and uncensored shows.
ImprovCity shows feature professional improv comedians performing short-form improvised games, scenes and songs in a high energy comedic style. And since the show is improvised, no two shows are ever the same!
