The Boy Scouts of America, Alamo Area Council is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, and serves a 13-county area imparting the Scouting program to over 16,000 youth and 2,400 volunteer adults in South Texas. Join us at the St. Matthews McDonald Family Center for an evening of fun and fellowship celebrating our outstanding Scouts and volunteers. We will be awarding our annual volunteer awards and recognizing our Eagle Scouts while enjoying excellent BBQ. Click here for a list of awards.

Tickets: Available for purchase online starting August 1, 2024. Tickets are limited. Tickets include parking and BBQ dinner.
Price: $25 + fees until October 31, 2024
Price: $35 + fees from November 1st to January 31, 2025
Registration closes January 31, 2025. Walk-ins will not be accommodated.
