The Palmer is a vintage theater located in Cuba, New York. This historic theater is steeped with rich character and details of another era. The Palmer was built in 1867, and after a long and rich history fell into disrepair and restoration began in 2006. Much of the theater has had to be restored over the years but it still retains much of its original character. The Palmer's first floor now functions as The Cuba Cheese Museum, and is also the home to Sweet Meredith's Fudgery. The Palmer still has a beautiful stage that may be used for various festivities. You can organize your wedding ceremony to take place on stage or perhaps enjoy a live band later in the evening as you dance. The Palmer's interior lends itself to other decor items. With the addition of flowers this venue quickly becomes an romantic site for an evening of festivities. The Palmer's staff will work with you to ensure a celebration that is effortless and full of style from beginning to end. The Palmer also hosts a variety of musical and theatrical performances throughout the year. If you or your talent group is interested in performing or being part of one of our themed musical days please contact us.
