Immerse yourself in an enriching Breathwork Workshop to unlock the power of functional breathing! During the session, you'll be guided through breathing exercises to promote wellbeing and relaxation.
After the hour long workshop, you have the opportunity to participate in a swallow screening to better understand and optimize your breath-related functions.
