This session is designed to empower nonprofit leaders like you with the practical tools and tactics required to host your own strategic planning session. You will learn how to craft an effective organizational strategy that optimizes fundraising efforts throughout the year, including practical insights on annual planning, grant research, storytelling-driven campaigns, and more to attract and nurture a new generation of supporters, giving you the power to steer your nonprofit toward success.

Attend one or all. This multi-day workshop focuses on empowering nonprofits to enhance their impact through effective marketing, communications, and fundraising strategies. Key modules cover DIY strategic planning, marketing and communications strategies, salon events for major donors, social media tactics, and corporate sponsorships. Attendees will learn to create compelling campaigns and develop a strategic marketing, communications, and philanthropy plan for their organizations.
