Inspired by the changing seasons, local produce and delicious tequila the Imperial Hotel is thrilled to be offering for your eating and drinking pleasure a three course tequila pairing dinner featuring Tequila Fortaleza.
Tequila Fortaleza, founded in 2005, has a rich history going back to the 1870's. Made with dedication and care the producers of this tequila are steadfast in their standards of not only making tequila, but community and education as well.
This dinner will start off with a welcome Fortaleza cocktail followed by three Fortaleza expressions paired with accentuating plates. We are honored to have from team Fortaleza, Mitch Wolf, joining us to share with us some history as well as production and tasting notes.
