With regional influences from Swiss, German, French and Italian cuisines, this hearty feast will introduce you to new winter classics that you'll want to add to your cozy season recipe book!
The demo will start with Tarte Flambe - a homemade flatbread topped with onions, gruyere cheese and crispy bacon. Then we will skip to a hearty beef stew also known as goulash, cooked in a rich broth of tomato, pepper and Hungarian paprika and served with buttered noodles and braised red cabbage. Finally end the meal on a sweet note with an Alsatian apple tart combining tart apples, delicate tart dough and vanilla custard.
