A sacred time and space to connect, move our bodies, sing, share, breathe, and be witnessed in your authentic expression.
Each month we collectively decide on a theme as a place to ground into.
This month's theme: Transitions
We will be outside on our back deck, so please dress comfortably, bring a mug, journal, and something comfortable to sit on (blanket, cushion, ect.)
