We welcome you to attend a fun and mindful community art class where we will create connection while being artistic.
Sage King is a Kailua-based Fiber Artist and Certified Breathwork Facilitator who believes in the power of creativity and breathwork as gateways to deeper self-connection, flow, and healing. She teaches macramé workshops and facilitates group and one-on-one breathwork sessions both virtually and in-person.
Cafe Kopi's delicious pastries, food, and beverages will be available to enjoy while we learn how to make macrame art pieces that can be used as holiday ornaments, gifts, or home decor.

HEAL's mission is to create more access to healthy lifestyle choices and healing modalities through hands-on workshops, education, advocacy, scholarships for well-being events, support through pay-it-forward coaching programs, and collaboration with local farms, volunteer opportunities, and community health resources.
