Le conseil d'administration de Productions Spectrum a le plaisir d'inviter tous les membres à son assemblée générale annuelle (AGA), un événement important pour notre organisation et notre communauté. Cette réunion n'est pas seulement une obligation formelle, mais une occasion pour nous tous de nous rassembler, de réfléchir à nos réalisations et de discuter de nos projets futurs. Ensemble, nous pouvons continuer à construire une communauté plus forte, plus dynamique et plus inclusive.
Pourquoi participer à l'AGA ?
- Restez informé : Obtenez des informations de première main sur nos activités, notre santé financière et notre orientation stratégique.
- Exprimez vos opinions : Faites part de vos idées, de vos commentaires et de vos préoccupations. Votre contribution est inestimable et contribue à façonner nos initiatives futures.
- Élire les dirigeants : Participez à l'élection et à l'intronisation des administrateurs du conseil d'administration afin d'assurer une direction efficace de notre organisation.
- Célébrer les réalisations : Rejoignez-nous pour reconnaître les efforts et les réalisations des deux dernières années.
Comment participer
Tous les membres de Productions Spectrum qu'ils soient honoraires ou titulaires - sont invités à participer à cette réunion. Afin d'assurer le bon déroulement et l'organisation de la réunion, veuillez répondre avant le 27 septembre 2024 à info@productionsspectrum.com.
Comment devenir membre de Productions Spectrum
Les membres à part entière auront le droit de voter sur les amendements et les nominations. Le statut de membre à part entière de Spectrum Productions est actuellement défini comme suit dans nos statuts :
5.3 Critères pour être membre à part entière de Productions Spectrum
5.3.1 Toute personne nommée au conseil d'administration devient automatiquement membre à part entière de Productions Spectrum.
5.3.2 Toute personne inscrite à la programmation d'un trimestre régulier ou d'un camp d'été (ou son délégué tel que nommé sur le formulaire d'adhésion) devient automatiquement membre à part entière de Productions Spectrum.
5.3.3 Toute personne qui paie une cotisation annuelle de 25 $ ou plus devient automatiquement membre à part entière de Productions Spectrum.

Spectrum Productions' Board of Directors is pleased to invite all members to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) - a significant event for our organization and community. All members of Spectrum Productions - both honorary and full - are encouraged to attend the meeting at our studio, or join us online. To ensure a smooth and organized event, please register here by September 27, 2024!
How to become a member of Spectrum Productions
Full members will have the right to vote on amendments and appointments. Membership in Spectrum Productions is defined in our bylaws as follows:
5.3 Criteria for full membership of Spectrum
5.3.1 Anyone appointed to the Board of Directors automatically becomes a full member of Spectrum.
5.3.2 Each individual signed up for a regular term or summer camp programming (or their delegate as named on membership form) automatically becomes a full member of Spectrum .
5.3.3 Each individual who pays an annual membership fee of $25 or more automatically becomes a full member of Spectrum Productions
