What You Will Learn
We are excited to welcome Michelin-starred, multi-award-winning restaurateur Robert Wiedmaier back to the NTTC kitchen. This West German born, Belgian American chef was named, among many other things, Washington’s Chef of the Year by the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington in 2009. Don’t be intimidated by his accolades, however – he’s also an avid hunter and rides his Harley every chance he gets!
In this special experience, Chef Robert will share an amazing meal prepared right in front of your eyes. To compliment the delicious food, a specially curated wine pairing will be available.

- Format: Experience. Get immersed in this event, where more than food is celebrated.
- Location: First Floor
- Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.

- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
