Autumn Alchemy with Hunter Coleman

Embrace the flavors of fall in this 21+, hands-on workshop where we blend the art of mixology with the seasonal beauty of autumn botanicals. In this class, you’ll learn how to craft a selection of signature cocktails inspired by the rich and warm flavors of autumn mixed with three different spirits: bourbon, gin, and Montenegro. We’ll also explore the use of autumn botanicals like cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and even palo santo wood. Your instructor, Hunter Coleman, is bar manager at Bari Ristorante and Director of Mixology and Product Development at Waymar Gin House.  

 

Whether you're preparing for holiday hosting or just want to savor the season with some new drink ideas, this workshop will equip you with the skills to make autumn-inspired beverages that evoke the cozy spirit of the season.  

 

Each ticket includes your ingredients for three signature cocktails, instruction by your mixologist Hunter Coleman, and a take home guide to recreate your beverages. Please have a valid ID ready upon arrival to the Garden.
