Cakes can be a sweet treat, but at the same time tricky & frustrating if you are without the proper guidance. Learn the tricks of the trade from Chef Coco on how to create a perfect Vegan & Gluten-Free cake - plan, prep, create.

Bake Me A Cake 101 

Learn the basics of cake baking–build it, frost it, and decorate it, and friends and family will come running. For the beginning baker, you will learn the ways of baking cakes and leave the class with layers of tips!

 

Due to limited seating and the upfront costs of food and preparation, our cooking class events are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. You are welcome to have someone come in your place if you are unable to make a class.   If Papa Ganache needs to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be provided.
