What You Will Learn
Come to our kitchen and step back into Paris in 1870, when a Parisian pastry maker created the first edible holiday Christmas Log. The rolled sponge cake is decorated in chocolate and sugar, mimicking a snowflake-shimmered log on the fire. Originally, guests would take little pieces of the log with them for luck and prosperity in the new year. Nowadays, we’ll all celebrate this delicious, rolled dessert!

What To Expect
Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll work together with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.
- Instructor: Chef Bonnie
- Length: Approximately 3 hours
- Format: Demonstration. Class will be taught by the chef instructor, with the opportunity for class members to be invited into the kitchen and assist with certain portions of the recipes. Everyone in the class will be able to enjoy the menu items made during the class.
- Location: Second Floor - Please note the second floor can ONLY be accessed via stairs.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive at the start of class.
- Our bar is closed during Saturday baking classes.
- Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
- Allergy Restrictions: Unfortunately, there are no dairy or gluten free options for this menu.
