What You Will Learn
These colorful, bite-sized, feather-light and airy confections tantalize with their crispy outsides and delicious fillings. Our chef instructor will simplify the process of preparing the batter as well as show you how to make and pipe various fillings before assembling them to perfection. You’ll be everyone’s favorite guest when you share these special treats with your family and friends.
In this class, you’ll learn how to make fillings of salted caramel buttercream, raspberry cream, blueberry cheesecake, espresso buttercream, and honey, fig plus walnut. We dare you to eat just one!

What To Expect
Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll learn with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.
- Instructor: Chef Bonnie
- Length: Approximately 3 hours
- Format: Hands-On. Get ready to stir up your inner chef as you work with other students, typically in groups of four people, guided by the chef instructor. You’ll be standing and cooking during the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Make sure to bring your appetite because you will enjoy all the dishes created during the class.
- Location: First Floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive at the start of class.
- Our bar is closed during Saturday baking classes.
- Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
- Allergy Restrictions: Unfortunately, there are no dairy free options for this menu.
