Come join us when we delve into the delectable world of brownies, brookies, Twix bars & more. This isn't just a tasting session - it's a hands-on experience where you'll learn the art of baking these heavenly treats. Perfect for beginners and seasoned bakers alike, we'll cover everything from the basics to the intricacies of baking Vegan & Gluten-Free.
At Papa Ganache, we believe just because things are Vegan and Gluten-Free that doesn't mean we compromise on taste. Our recipes are crafted to be just as delicious as traditional recipes. So, whether you have dietary restrictions, or you're just curious about how we do it VGF, this event is for you.
You'll be guided by Chef Coco, our very own culinary genius who will share tips & tricks for making the perfect brownies and brookies, and other amazing bars. Not only will you learn to bake, but you'll also understand the science behind it. And of course, you'll get to taste your creations at the end of the session and bring home samples ; )
We can't wait to see you at the BAR EXAM where only your ability not to eat too many brownies will be tested!
Due to limited seating and the upfront costs of food and preparation, our baking & cooking class events are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. You are welcome to have someone come in your place if you are unable to attend. Additionally, as you know this class will take place in our Vegan Gluten Free dedicated kitchen. We use soy, nuts, corn, and other ingredients that could interfere with you enjoying the class if they are an allergen for you.
