Our Belly Dancing & Barre Combo Class is designed to tone and strengthen your body in a fun, gentle, and beginner-friendly way! We will explore and enjoy these 2 modalities in one efficient 1-hour class. 

For the first 30 minutes of each class, you'll get your steps in while learning the captivating art of belly dancing, also known as Middle Eastern dance. This segment focuses on teaching basic belly dance moves, arm placements, and body isolations at your own pace. Whether you want to gracefully dance or simply get a non-aerobic workout, you're welcome to participate however feels comfortable. No prior experience is necessary - just come ready to move, smile, and have a great time! Wear comfortable clothing; hip scarves are fun but not required.

For the second 30 minutes of the class, we will use the low-impact, simple movements of Barre to strengthen and tone your body. This segment will help you engage muscles you don't normally target, including those deep within your body, to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles. This is a fun, effective lower body workout that requires no prior experience. Wear comfortable clothing, chairs will be provided for stability. 

 Belly Dancing/Barre Class is great for:
