Join Binding Agents and Party Girl in our cafeteria (ok, bookstore) and learn to create a cake inspired by your best lunchbox ever...or the one you always wanted but couldn't have. Whether you were a class clown or a teacher's pet—or an athlete, a basket case, a princess, or a criminal—this workshop is designed to spark your creativity, indulge your sweet tooth, and take you back to a simpler time. We recommend Polaroids to plan your outfit.

📘 A selection of cake-centered cookbooks hand-picked by Binding Agents and Party Girl, available for your perusal and for purchase at a discount
Space for this workshop is limited; please add yourself to the waitlist to be the first to know if spaces open up! Tickets are nonrefundable, but are transferrable. Prices are inclusive of fees. About Mallory Valvano/Party Girl
Mallory Valvano is the founder and baker behind Party Girl Bake Club. Mallory grew up in a large family near Pittsburgh, PA and was strongly influenced as a child by her Italian grandparents and their love for celebrations that centered around food and community. Awarded Best of Philly in 2022, Mallory’s vibrant cakes featuring flavors like Strawberry Milk Caramel Cornflake Crunch, Black Sesame Cookies n Cream, Hazelnut Chocolate Carrot Cake and Candied Cherry Root Beer Float are a playful nod to her life experiences. Inspired by nostalgia and art & design, the color-saturated cakes are topped with intricate piping and blend high-end ingredients and seasonal products sourced locally. Over the last year, Valvano has started the next phase of Party Girl by bringing her funky online bakery and cake art to life by curating events like cake decorating workshops and maximalist experiential pop ups.
