Have your Birthday party at Western Belle Farm; Where Memories Grow!
THE RENTAL INCLUDES:
- FREE admission for the Birthday child
- (4) picnic tables for seating
- (2) 6' folding tables for food/gifts
- (1) trash can
-The private space is central to activities and near the entrance for the selected time slot
Time slots available are: 10:00am to 2:00pm OR 2:15pm to 6:00pm.
ADMISSION: All birthday guests will be given $2 off the regular General Admission rate of $16 at the admissions building on the day of your reservation! Ages 2 & under are free.
*Please note, all visiting parents/adults will have to pay admission to enter the farm. Please have them mention your reservation upon arrival.
TWO WAYS TO DO YOUR ADMISSIONS:
If you are paying for admission for some or all of your guests, we ask that you provide a guest list to give the admission staff upon your arrival. You will be charged for the admissions on that list. We will check off the guests as they arrive and direct them to the Birthday Barn. At the end of your party, please return to admissions and if there are any guests on your list that did NOT attend, we will refund you for the unused ticket(s).
If you are trying to cut costs, you can have guests pay for their own admissions (and receive the discount) just by mentioning they are with your birthday. (They will need to mention the birthday child's name) They will be given the discounted admission rate and directed toward your birthday.
PARTY FAVORS AVAILABLE!: Animal feed cups are available as birthday favors for $2.00/each. They can be purchased the day of the birthday at the farm.
RAIN CANCELLATIONS: The $50 Birthday Barn reservation fee is nonrefundable. However, in the event the farm must close due to the weather or any unforeseen events out of our control, a full refund of the rental fee will be issued. Please have a back-up plan for a possible rain closure of the farm. The festival is a completely outdoor event and weather is unfortunately out of our control. In the event we are considering closing the farm, you will be contacted no later than 8:00am the morning of with an update.

I understand that I have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage, and other loss that may result from agritourism activities.
You consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in commercial film or photography in conjunction with Western Belle Farm advertising and all media whether known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Western Belle Farm, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever.
