Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Birthday Party Packages
Please be informed that all Birthday Party Packages are non-refundable. As we operate an outdoor ice rink, please be aware that temperatures may be cold. If life circumstances arise and you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request, provided we are not fully booked. Please ensure you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance if you have booked cupcakes, and at least 24 hours in advance if you have only booked the party package.
