Presented by Nikki Rashada McCord
Following the status quo does not lead a team or organization to the next phase of development. Mediocrity stifles creativity and forward progress. Understanding the tools a leader needs to understand and use their individual power to advance DEI goals will catapult them out of their stasis and break everyone out of the status quo.
In this 1-hour session, attendees will:
- Build their confidence to take a chance on solving a problem
- Demonstrate difficult decision-making that moves your team from mediocrity to excellence
- Learn to value experimentation, so that the perfect is no longer the enemy of the good
