18+, All body types, and levels of experience are Welcome. No dance or burlesque experience necessary...This class is BEGINNER FRIENDLY but offers challenges for experienced dancers. It’s Perfect for anyone who wants to explore the sensual side of creative movement! In this class We’ll be focusing on: Dance foundations , Booty tricks, Burlesque & The Art of Tease, Performance quality , Learning a sexy little dance combo, and plenty of cardio.
