18+, All body types and levels of experience are Welcome. No dance or burlesque background necessary...This class is BEGINNER FRIENDLY but offers challenges for experienced dancers. It’s Perfect for anyone who wants to explore the sensual side of Dance
In this class We’ll be focusing on: Dance foundations , Booty tricks, Burlesque & The Art of Tease, Performance quality , Learning a sexy little dance combo, and plenty of cardio.
Wear something comfortable - yoga/workout clothes, tennis shoes, dance shoes, heels, or barefoot are all fine. Join a community of body positive movers and shakers and BRING WATER!
