Join Fausto’s Chef de Cuisine, Philip Gentry, for a demonstration masterclass on the gentle elegance of French home cooking. You’ll learn to butcher a chicken, make stock from its bones, a new approach to mashed potatoes, easy but upscale vegetable preparations, and the formula for making an easy sauce to accompany your dinner.
