What You Will Learn
Think cake decorating is only for kids? In this class, we’re going to prove that notion wrong!
Our chef instructor will start off the evening by teaching you how to make a variety of icings. Then the fun really begins ... You’ll learn how to pipe, swirl, and embellish a cake to rival the competitors you see on those baking competition shows. You’ll never purchase store bought again!

What To Expect
Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll work together with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.
- Instructor: Chef Alex
- Length: Approximately 2 hours
- Format: Hands-On. Get ready to stir up your inner chef as you work with other students, typically in groups of four people, guided by the chef instructor. You’ll be standing and cooking during the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Make sure to bring your appetite because you will enjoy all the dishes created during the class.
- Location: First floor
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
- Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
- Allergy Restrictions: Unfortunately, there are no menu alternatives for gluten, dairy, and egg allergies.
