Columbia Cocktail Competition 

Witness some of the best mixologists in Columbia, South Carolina as they compete in the second annual Capital City Cocktail Competition. Hosted by the Bubblee Mixologist Team at the rooftop Palmetto Patio, enjoy sips of summer, delicious bites, and an afternoon of curated craft cocktails. This event aims to showcase industry leaders while including local non-profit organizations to bring visibility and access to the greater Columbia Community. By attending the Capital City Cocktail Competition, you are supporting local industry leaders and creatives as well as a good cause. 

The Capital City Cocktail Competition will include three rounds. Each round will have a specific challenge, and the judges will determine which cocktail best exemplifies the round. Each round will have a winner, with the conclusion of the competition naming this year's reigning Capital City Cocktail winner.

Previously hosted by Capital City Club, in the state's tallest building - now join us at the Palmetto Patio, overlooking Main Street, Columbia, South Carolina on June 9th from 1:00 to 3:30 PM. Entry to the competition includes a welcome cocktail, hors d'oeuvres, and tastes of the mixologist's creations.

Previously sponsored by the Captial City Club, Eboni Page and the Bubblee Mixologist host this years Capital City Competition. Aiming to showcase the Midlands industry creatives, the competiton promotes uniqueness, craftsmanship, and innovation.

From local dives bars, to fine dining, to special events - Eboni uses her skillset and passion to curate a unique experience in everything she does. Entering into a new chapter of her life, Eboni started Bubblee Mixologist, LLC. With a love for quality and a passion to challenge industry norms, Eboni has found her niche in the industry.

Bubblee Mixologist offers several services including mobil bartending, event management, and private dining - all with a focus on creating memorable, unique experiences.
