Castle Yoga: A Slow Flow in the Mountains
Immerse yourself in a tranquil yoga experience at our Castle, where you’ll flow indoors with panoramic views of the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains. This gentle, yin-inspired class emphasizes slow movements, strength, and balance to help you reconnect with yourself. As you move through the flow, enjoy aromatherapy and soothing sounds from a sound bowl to deepen your practice. End the session with a guided meditation, accompanied by the soft melodies of the flute, to leave you feeling balanced and restored. Come for a unique and serene journey of mind and body in a setting unlike any other.
Note: Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own!
