Description

Come to the fall performance of the Cedar Rapids Community Orchestra at Kirkwood Community College! This show is directed by Music Director Dr. Ghyas Zeidieh and featuring special guests Tyros Orchestra and Harmony School of Music, along with Soloist Lee Prostine.

As part of this year’s 10th anniversary celebration, the Cedar Rapids Community Orchestra is celebrating its fall concert with music from the Middle East, France, England and United States. The program features tone poem, excerpts from a ballet, Holst's the Planets, West Side Story the Musical, and newly commissioned piece by Cedar Rapids composer Jerry Owen featuring the Kirkwood Community College Choir.

$10 for adults; $5 for those age 55+ and under age 18; and free to Kirkwood students, faculty, and staff with a Kirkwood ID.
