Celebrate Halloween! at the Buffalo Zoo is bigger and better and this year the fall fun lasts all month long! Family-friendly favorites like our Trick-or-Treat trail (open 11:00 am to 2:00 pm) return along with an all-new line-up of safe and not-so-scary activities, like our corn maze and costume parade. Be sure to carve out some time in your day to pick-a-pumpkin at our patch and add your own dazzling decorations (for an additional fee) or watch our on-site pros create stunning and unique designs at our daily demonstrations. And, little ghouls and goblins won’t want to miss making memories with the characters at our photo spot and complimentary rides on the carousel and train!
Once you’re done with all the Halloween fun, stay and explore -- Zoo admission is included in the ticket price. This event is designed for children ages 12 and under.

Important Information About Ticket Purchase
NON-MEMBERS: Please purchase Celebrate Halloween! Tickets only for those who wish to participate in the Trick-or-Treat trail and event activities. All others must purchase General Admission tickets to gain access to the Zoo. Children 24 months and under are admitted free but require reserved tickets. Simply select “Member/General Admission Under 24 months + Celebrate Halloween!” for each child who meets the age requirement.
MEMBERS: Please purchase Celebrate Halloween! Tickets only for those who wish to participate in the Trick-or-Treat trail and event activities. Your current, valid Membership covers your unlimited admission to the Zoo. Guest passes can be redeemed to purchase Celebrate Halloween! Tickets at the member rate. Children 24 months and under are admitted free but require reserved tickets. Simply select “Member/General Admission Under 24 months + Celebrate Halloween!” for each child who meets the age requirement.
Ticket Terms and Conditions
Pre-paid, non-refundable, non-transferable tickets are required to attend Celebrate Halloween! at the Buffalo Zoo. Should a ticket holder be unable to attend, your purchase will be considered a donation. There will be no refunds, nor will tickets be honored at another Celebrate Halloween! or year.
Buffalo Zoo Members receive a special member discount. Please bring your valid Buffalo Zoo membership card and identification to the event. A $5.00 per ticket fee is charged for Members who cannot provide a valid Buffalo Zoo membership card and identification.
Member level tickets are non-transferable. The Member’s name must be on all tickets purchased, and the Member must be present with a valid Buffalo Zoo membership card and identification at entry.
During your visit, we require the use of face masks/coverings for all guests ages three and up in all indoor buildings and exhibits.
This event is held rain or shine. Dates and times are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Trick or Treat Trail is open 11:00 am-2:00 pm. The Zoo is open 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
