Chalkfest is back! We need you, your friends, and your family to join local artists and transform your museum's plaza into the most colorful work of art.

  • Create your own chalk masterpiece
  • Explore the galleries and exhibitions for inspiration
  • Dance to music from Shorty and the Grooves and DJ Siphne Aaye
  • Eat food from Loaf at the MBMA Cafe and Parker's Concessions
  • Enjoy art activities and face painting with Memphis Face Painting ($10)!
  • Watch local artists Craig Thompson, Sumo, and Toonky Berry recreate favorites from the Brooks' collection
