SUNDAY, MAY 26, 6PM. DOORS OPEN AT 5PM.
Located at 510 Firehouse, 815 Alice St., Oakland Chinatown (Wheelchair Accessible)
Panel begins at 6. Party til 10. Nibbles served.
This event centers API transmasculine people, but everyone is welcome.
This is a free public event with RSVP. Donations are highly welcomed and benefit the API TransFusion Retreat (learn more below).
Speakers include: Jojo Ty, Leo Hegde, Bobby C., Chino Lee Chung, and Willy Chang Wilkinson
Speakers will discuss their advocacy work over the decades, what motivates them, and what they have learned along the way.
As the official QTAPI Week kick-off celebration, this is the first time there will be a transmasculine-centered event for QTAPI Week! Set for the last week of May, QTAPI Week honors queer and trans Asians and Pacific Islanders every year at the intersection of API Heritage Month (May) and Pride Month (June).

About the Retreat
API TransFusion (July 4-7, 2024 in Oakland, California) is a retreat for intergenerational Asian and Pacific Islander transmasculine inividuals.
Culturally relevant workshops. Performances. Reading. Beach Day. Club Night. Nature hike. Hang out at the park. Tasty food. Lots of time to get to know each other, share resources, support each other, and have fun!
