Sunday 4th December 10.30 - 11.30 am.

Little friends, grab your big friends and come down to Banana Block for Cheeky Monkeys Family Yoga Fun. Ideal for 2-6 yr olds, and all ages welcome! 

This will be a fun-filled yoga class for the whole family. We'll use our imagination to go on an exciting adventure exploring yoga poses, breathing activities and mindfulness with a little time to relax and rest our bodies at the end.
