In this class, Megan Vaughan from Vaughan Cheese will guide you through the art of cheese production, different styles and types of cheese. You will also taste and learn about five different American artisan cheeses, their textures, and flavors. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned enthusiast, this class will deepen your appreciation for cheese and elevate your tasting skills to a whole new level!

What To Expect
Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll learn with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.
- Instructor: Megan Vaughan and Chef V
- Length: Approximately 2 hours
- Format: Demonstration. Class will be taught by the chef instructor, with the opportunity for class members to be invited into the kitchen and assist with certain portions of the recipes. Everyone in the class will be able to enjoy the menu items made during the class.
- Location: First floor.
- Restrictions: Classes are for participants aged 18 and older. Children aged 16-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive at the start of class and receive a seasonal appetizer.
- Premium Experience: Enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as a complimentary glass of wine.
