The Oro Dam Cruisers is a car club with a shared passion for classic cars, vintage hotrods, and having a good old time. Since its inception in 1996, the Oro Dam Cruisers’ Members were passionate about creating a car club where hot rod and classic car, and automotive enthusiasts could get together and show off their ride. Automobiles with old soles and restored vintage remain the primary focus of the club today.
The Oro Dam Cruisers have held the Gold Rush Car Show. This event was a community-wide car show that attracted car enthusiasts from all over the North State and beyond. The car show was located in the heart of the historical downtown during Oroville Feather Fiesta Days and now Salmon Festival. Beyond the flashy chrome and one-of-a-kind build, The Oro Dam Cruisers is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization known for its community service and involvement. They have generously donated to the local high schools, Oroville Rescue Mission, Salvation Army, and the NorthWest SPCA, just to name a few. The Oro Dam Cruisers’ continue their legacy and community giveback through community car shows, drive-ins, and poker runs.
