Chris Combs (JFJO, COMBSY) returns to New Orleans for a night of new compositions, improv, and explorations with some of the city's finest musicians including Dan Oestreicher, Brad Walker, Kalif Brown, and Trey Boudreaux.

BIO:

Chris Combs is a guitarist, composer, and producer from Tulsa, OK whose work with Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey, COMBSY, and many more have achieved international acclaim for blending jazz, hiphop, and experimental elements with a love for improvisation. He has performed and presented his work at some of the world's most prestigious venues and festivals including North Sea Jazz, Montreal Jazz Festival, Jazzwerkstatt Bern, SXSW, Blue Note Jazz Festival, and many more. His new EP, Run Down The Ghost is a collection of beautiful compositions and firey improvisations alongside features from Hank Early (Turnpike Troubadours) on pedal steel and Nick Mancini on vibes.

  • The showtime listed for the event is the time the event starts. Doors will generally open an hour before the listed show time unless otherwise listed.
      We allow pets during the day, but not at night for music (anything after 7pm). Service animals are always allowed.
     
  •  Please do not park in the Broad Theater parking lot. We have a parking lot for  The Broadside and plenty street parking available on Toulouse and Lafitte. If you would like to be escorted to your car, please ask the Sheriff on duty. You may also park in the Auto Zone parking lot if they are closed. 
  •  We have a variety of seating options such as benches, picnic tables, chairs, and stools. You are welcome to bring your own chairs, if you require a seat for health reasons or disability, please ask a staff member and they can provide you with a chair.
