Description
Come celebrate Christmas Eve with your Bear Lake crew! The Lake Club will be open from 12:00pm-4:00pm for a holiday potluck, the kitchen will be closed for regular service during this time. Everyone is welcome, and we encourage you to bring your favorite salad, side dish, or dessert to accompany the main dish provided by our Food & Beverage team. The bar will be open for regular service during the potluck.
Don't forget to bring your White Elephant gift if you'd like to participate in the exchange! ($25 Max)
During registration, please let us know what dish you will be bringing in the appropriate field.

Cranberry Pear chutney stuffed, pecan crusted pork loin
This colorful Christmas Pork loin is carefully stuffed with a flavorful cranberry-pear chutney, spinach and goat cheese.
Roast Pork Loin tender and juicy, slow-roasted, infused with aromatic spices and herbs, finished with a rich, caramelized crust
Sides
Ratatouille- A tapestry of colors representing the season, this roasted vegetable mix includes eggplant, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and a variety of squash.
Green Bean Almondine- green beans sautéed with slivered almonds, garlic and a hint of lemon, this tasty dish is finished with a pat of butter and a sprinkle of parsley.
