About the Artists:
Cindy Lee Berryhill is a California singer-songwriter, based in San Diego, that kicked off her over 30-year career as "queen" and founding member of the New York City Anti-folk movement (chronicled in 2023 book This Must Be the Place). She actually likes folk music. She has released 7albums, starting with her first two on Rhino Records and her most recent The Adventurist in 2017. She is about to begin recording her 8th album with Willie Aron, John Kruth, Renata Bratt and others.
Berryhill will be inducted into the San Diego Music Hall of Fame 2024.
