On Cue Performance Hub is a new non-profit performing arts organization offering a cooperative producing model serving local artists and diverse audiences in Regina and beyond. We aim to enliven Regina’s downtown core and activate connections between performing artists, businesses, and audiences. Bringing together artists across dance, music, theatre, and spoken word, our multi-pronged programming boosts the capacity of artists to make a sustainable living from full-time creative practice by strengthening their skills, knowledge, and connections
Description
CITY or, Stories and Bodies
Step into a realm where imagination knows no bounds in CITY, or Stories and Bodies, an innovative theatrical experience that defies convention. Blending storytelling, theatre, movement, and interactive media, this production transports audiences of all ages into a fantastical world as four characters embark on journeys that converge in a mysterious city.
Inspired by D&D, video games, and bedtime stories, join us for an adventure where fantasy meets reality, where imagination takes flight, and where the power of storytelling reigns supreme.
Doors will open 30 mins before the showtime.
We will hold the doors for the 2:00pm and 7:30pm buses at the Riddell Centre to accommodate any audience members using public transport.
RISER is supported by the Government of Canada, RBC Foundation, and a community of Senior Partners. RISER Regina is presented by On Cue Performance Hub & Why Not Theatre.
