Description
In this course, we will begin with origami that's considered simple. Simple, yes, and also clever. We will focus on "best practices'' for making accurate creases and learning to read instructional diagrams. We will progress into more advanced folding and modular origami -- easy to learn units that combine for a variety of geometric solids -- tetrahedra, cubes, stellated octahedron: Geometry you can brag about.
The first class on June 4 is a drop-in and all others will build on the first.
When: Sundays, beginning June 4 to June 18, 2023.
Time: 10AM – 12PM
Level: Ages 8 – 13. All levels of experience are welcome!
Tuition: $150 and includes all materials
