We'll generate good vibes with a Soulful Sunday Flow with Rachael Jervis, accompanied by LIVE Harpist Aoife McGinn. We'll create all the smelly goodness with aromatherapy from Susan Magee of Synergy Integrative Health clinic. Let's get social after with delicious, fresh bagels // coffee from Bodega Bagels.
Treat yourself on Sunday morning with a 90 min practice will nourish your body/mind and recharge your spirit battery. Plus, we get to nourish our bodies with delicious food and nurture our spirits with a great community of yogis and friends. Everyone Welcome no matter what you experience of yoga and meditation is.
