Everyone welcome to a special Sunday Yoga Brunch at the iconic Banana Block in East Belfast. We'll generate good vibes with a Soulful Sunday Flow with Elizabeth Welty, with LIVE Music from Bronagh Broderick and blissful crystal-bowl meditation with Aideen Carmichael. Let's get social after with delicious treats, coffee and tea.
Treat yourself on Sunday morning with a 90 min practice will nourish your body/mind and recharge your spirit battery. Plus, we get to nourish our bodies with delicious food and nurture our spirits with a great community of yogis and friends. Everyone welcome no matter what you experience of yoga and meditation is.
